My main responsibility is to ensure the development of actions to promote the technological platforms that support the development.
- Define and control the platforms' best practices, through the use of regular audits, training of development teams, and governance mechanisms created for this purpose;
- Define, together with the Enterprise Architecture team, the foundations of digital architecture and core platforms;
- Implement transversal components of the platforms, fulfilling the architectural requirements that enable their use by applications/solutions within the scope of the Fidelidade Group;
- Ensure the evolution of platforms, ensuring the support of the respective suppliers;
- Ensure technical and functional integration with core business solutions;
- Evolve non-functional requirements, such as authentication and authorizations;
- Maintain and evolve the robustness testing tools of the distributed infrastructure, enhancing the rapid detection of anomalous situations, helping to diagnose errors;
- Manage, streamline and guarantee the data archiving of business applications, as well as the implementation and coordination of masking data from non-productive environments;
- Ensure support, preparation and coordination of meetings of committees and management bodies created within the scope of their responsibilities;
- Calculate, create and monitor the platforms' KPIs and suggest changes to ensure compliance with good practices through regular audits;
- Develop and maintain quality requirements and characteristics;
- Ensure the management of the technical parameters of the platforms within its scope of action;
- Maintain environments, according to the rules established together with the development, Enterprise Architecture, Quality Assurance and Infrastructure and Operations teams;
- Maintain and evolve the DevOps process ensuring its evolution and extension to the entire Architecture in full alignment with the Agile methodology, security and performance rules.

- Apply the principles of software engineering to the design, development, maintenance, testing, and evaluation of software.
- Ensure that the application is designed and implemented taking into account the performance and SLAs required by business.
- Know the technical aspects of the application (Architecture, Infra, ...) as well as the functional and contextual aspects.
- Create the conditions to have the application in a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) automated mode.
- Identify and maintain a clear backlog of the technical debt in order to help the Product Owner prioritize and decrease the overall product technical debt.
- Lead the technical evolution of the application.
- Ensure that the application and the team follows the Security, Development, Architecture and Business Continuity guidelines and rules, includes security vulnerability resolution.
- Align with the Platform Expert and Solution Master to implement the guidelines and frameworks defined by EDP.
- Ensure that the correct documentation of the application, including all the CI of the application are registered and up-to-date in the CMDB (ServiceNow).
- Manage its application infra-structure cost and consumption.
- Identify the monitoring and alerts needed to manage the application while ensuring the application is monitored via Centro de Comando.
- Continue the development of the system in parallel with the team on some tasks.
